Dev Release v0.5.0

The release has stp258 currencies that are built on stp258 tokens with multi-currency capabilities including native currency. It includes native asset and stp258currency recognition built as stp258 tokens. It does not include stable currency supply elasticity that supports SERP modules, that will be in v0.5.1.
