Just saw this. I don't think that's a data point I've seen before or is shown; I'm not OTOH aware of any UUID that would be related, do you mean the hardware ID in general, or the PCI bus ID? those should both be listed.

I haven't myself needed to attach GPUs to any containers, especially not on any systems that weren't in the cloud.

I don't currently have any AMD GPUs installed in any systems I can use to test anything at the moment unfortunately.
