Krista has given us an Azure Face resource to use, I will try to create a tool from this as a part of Yurika's work.

The tool is now complete and awaiting review from the clients. It has unit tests and docs so as soon as they're happy with it, it can be merged into the main LangChain Repo.

The tool has now had another PR review and with the clients being happy with it, it will now be merged to the main repo.
