Krista has given us an Azure Content safety API key and Endpoint. So far there are no services or implementations for the Azure Content safety services so it would be good to create one.

After reviewing the files Krista has advised that this service could be better implemented as a runnable. I will research how runnables work and create a content safety runnable.

Our clients have still said this tool can be merged with the main langchain repo as it is exposing the service better to customers
