[Feature]: Sticky and keybound theme links

Overview

Similar to what the CLI has when working with apps, it would be great if links for previews and the theme customizer are always visible at the bottom and/or can be accessed with a keybind.

Motivation

After making a lot of changes the links for previews and the theme customizer are "lost" at the very top of the terminal. Making them sticky and accessible via keybinds would be a great quality of life change where we don't have to stop the process or scroll all the way to the start of the terminal session to get the links we need.
