Ability to disable "Deprecated request to Shopify API" warnings #1292

Overview

Currently, "Deprecated request to Shopify API" warnings is logged under WARN. If our production system sets the logging level to WARN or higher, this error fills up the log. It'll be great if there's a way to disable this warning in specific environments.

I can definitely see the use case for being able to turn off the deprecation logging. I will share this request with out team and we will review.

A flag to disable all the deprecation warnings in shopify.app.toml or server file would be nice
