Resource Picker: filter displayed variants when using Product type

Describe the feature you’d like

When the Resource Picker is configured with the Product type, and variants are displayed, it would be helpful to be able hide certain variants within a product. Using variant_id in the filter query returns the entire product that contains the specified variant, and there doesn't seem to be a way to narrow down what variants are shown under each product.

Perhaps there could be a field similar to selectedIds for hiddenIds?
