ilus WGS -f -n WES -C ilus_sys.yaml -I input.txt -O 3.WES-isoform/ --interval ~/ann/Uniq.hg38/hg38.uniq-isoform.interval.bed

It seems that with the use of interval files, each interval region is run separately to get a file. Making bcftools report error: file parameter too long
