Hi Omidesml, The bondpadnames are changed. The filenames are not changed, because I am from CMC SiEPIC Passives silicon photonics workshop. Accordingt to the submission instruction. I perhaps the file name should be SiEPIC_Passives_username.gds? Please note that there are still ovelape errors occur at the connectin between the sright waveguide and the spiral. I suppose we can ignore it. Thanks, Yiran

By looking at the merged layouts I see gds files with names in the format of EBeam_heaters_ or SiEPIC_Actives_ |
