I updated the SiEPIC EBeam PDK to v0.4.20 (manually by cloning the repo and copying the files). SiN still appears to be on layer 5 (if I understand correctly). Please advise.
Changed to 4/0 for one of the ring circuits
Has some overlapping component errors related to p-cell connections.

I just noticed the change to a 1000 x 410 µm design area. Should rework my designs to use this area? |

Hi Scott, It would be preferable to use a CDC cell that has the S-Bends in it. However, I notice that the cell presently has a bug: SiEPIC/SiEPIC_EBeam_PDK#301 Layout size -- you can keep the smaller size as is, but if you need to go with a larger one, no problem. |
