Description of Issue

If we build images per ubuntu version with the semver of arkmanager, we can use renovate to automatically update the Helm Chart.

To be independent of arkmanager and be able to optimise the image while bumping the version: use our own versioning which can be easily automated: https://github.com/DrPsychick/docker-githubtraffic/blob/main/.github/workflows/release.yaml
