[FR] Cyrillic characters in fonts

I love how everything looks in the theme, but this bugs me out every time I do anything in Russian:

Can we please have cyrillic characters added in the fonts? Especially for the headers.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I realize I can always download another font for the snippet.

However, I really love yours. I also thought that it would be great for cyrillic languages speakers to have this available by default. Hence, I decided to try and ask you about it. I hope it's okay.

Hello again!
Didn't want to just request a feature and do nothing, so I tried to modify the Draconis font by adding cyrillic characters. I've finished the regular version - bold, cursive and bold-cursive left. It's pretty time-consuming, so I've made a public repository in case other people want to contribute:

If I finish it, do you think you can update the font in the ITS theme to this version?

I didn't make the draconis font, it's by Pixel Sagas and I'm not familiar with the cyrillic alphabet to fulfill this request myself so I'd been wondering how to work on it, but if you complete it, I will definitely add it so just let me know whenever it's ready and I'll do so! Thanks for the effort to expand the font!
