I'm running into a bug with the lanterns from Simple Wearable Lanterns. The lanterns on NPCs point up. I'm also using this mod, which I think may be the culprit Torches Candlelight And Simple Wearable Lanterns Remastered

I tried this:

Completely removed IED = Lanterns normal
Install IED with default settings = Lanterns on NPCs point up
