Step 2: Option: add airway segmentation

By checking "Airway segmentation" in LungCTSegmenter you can automatically segment the airways from the input chest CT.
This segmentation technique is based on the “Local Threshold” Segment Editor Extra Effect. 1 mm slices are recommended.

• "high detail": many airway details, but higher risk for leaks, frequent need for postprocessing
• "medium detail": fewer airway details and a normal risk of leaks
• "low detail": least details but hardly any leaks
