Step 3: Run Lung CT Analyzer
- Select the 'Lung CT Analyzer' extension. It can be found in 3D Slicer under the 'Chest Imaging Platform' category
- Pick the input volume (required): Select a high resolution lung images series of the presently loaded DICOM CT data set
- Pick the 'Right lung mask' segmentation (required)
- Pick the 'Left lung mask' segmentation (required)
- Adjust the thresholds for areas of interest, if needed. Most CT's should work with the default thresholds.
- Press 'Compute results'
- Press "Show COVID-19 results table" to display an extended results table with COVID-Q
- Press "Create PDF report" to produce one if needed.
- Press "Show/hide final segments in 2D" to check the correctness of segments.
- Press "Show final segments in 3D" to receive a spacial reconstruction of the final segments. Be patient - this procedure will take some minutes to complete.
