Inquiry Regarding DFC Data Preprocessing Steps

I have reviewed the DFC code on GitHub and have encountered a question regarding my data processing. I have successfully performed UKF tracking using 3Dslicer on HCP data, but I suspect that I may be missing some crucial preprocessing steps as my results appear to be incorrect.

I attempted to understand the preprocessing steps by reviewing relevant literature; however, due to my limited background, I am still puzzled. Therefore, I would like to seek your guidance on the specific preprocessing steps required for the DFC project. If you could provide me with some advice or pointers, I would greatly appreciate it.
