Max level is adept

I have leveled up 3 weapons, Shuriken, Hammer, And rapier, and they all stopped at adept. its a small server with me and my friend. How do i resolve this?

That's an addon mod, but you can change the level cap in the "TinkerToolLeveling.cfg" config.
