Basically im suggesting to make it so any room that has been sealed gets filled with light blocks and it determines if its sealed and oxygenated by detecting whether a player is standing in a light block. this would likely fix the issue with damage being applied despite the room being sealed/insulated from the elements.
This would also allow admins to set up breathable zones w/o needing to fiddle with o2 sealers.

just thought of this: detect the correct conditions by assigning values to heat/cold/radiation protection and setting the light to said values, depending on the protection level provided. 0-6 for the cold/heat (depending on which world), 10 for venus's hellish environment, and 1-3 for io's radiation system.
