Description (REQUIRED)

The mfsu charges items without energy, even without an energy regulator.

Steps to reproduce the Issue (REQUIRED)

place down an mfsu
put a chargable item in for eg. nano blade
it charges the item without requiring / using up energy

Expected behavior (REQUIRED)

it should not charge the item
