Modpack not installing upddates

That is a Twitch issue. Restart Twitch and/or your computer should fix it.

Have the same issue. Twitch Restart doesn't work for me. The "Chemical Exchange" Folder in the Instances is write protected for whatever reason. If you unprotect the folder (and subfolders) this should work. The write protection for the folder will be set after any update.

As Above, but my experience differed slightly
To fix it I had to go to the Chemical Exchange folder under instances and untick Read Only, hit apply, then run the update before closing the folder properties window, if I closed the window it reset the Read Only affix and wouldn't let me update
