Ability to block Spam search terms.

We get a lot of Search Terms spam, things like "buy heroin in Seattle at www.example.com"

It would be nice to have a field in the Admin to enter a list of block words, so we could block anything with "heroin", "meth", "www.", etc.

@timpea-splat I think this might not be related with elasticsuite at all. We made a module that kicks right into the catalog search controller and filters such terms regardless of the used search platform. I think that would be a better approach.
