Fallback to default editor when there is delay in loading the Monaco editor

I have sometimes seen that the Monaco editor takes time to load (don't t know the exact reasons, may be due to network issues)

Can the default editor load up if there is a delay in loading of Monaco editor. Otherwise we won't be able create or edit tiddlers in such situations.
