New and improved examples

The example.c code we include under examples/ is essentially the original NOVAS C 3.1 example. It no longer reflects the preferred way of using SuperNOVAS to calculate positions for sources, and it does not demonstrate many of the principal SuperNOVAS features. Thus a new set of examples would be a great addition.
