[Notice] Modded Automation Changes

So in a few weeks hopefully we should be migration to the new automated downloads system. So please ensure that the mod patches have their mod.json file and that their up to date with the data inside them.

The new system will allow for downloads to be published faster along with making modpack downloads easier as that system uses the mod.json system along with their own files to make the downloads. But yeah wanted to make this issue to contributors can see this and make note of the upcoming changes :)
