Datacenter Management Requests

The are VDC GET operations, but there are no management request

• POST : manifold-api/v2/cloud/datacenter
• PATCH : manifold-api/v2/cloud/datacenter/{datacenter}
• DELETE: manifold-api/v2/cloud/datacenter/{datacenter}

Along with supporting requests that would manage VDC

• Groups
• Resources
  -- Clusters
  -- Hosts
  -- VNETs
  -- Datastores

Business Requirement
One of the top questions posed by customers and partners
"Does HyperCloud have an API"

NCI manage their infrastructure (particularly Tenancy's) via orchestration processes such puppet, ansible docker etc.
With DXC sign on as reseller, this was also a key question raised during our conversations
