Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Its hard for people to know if some section is empty, they go to the page to realize that. This is applicable for both learning resources and career paths.

Describe the solution you'd like
We can indicate from the table of content either with text or with CSS that the content is missing for the sections.

I think that the growth of each of the career paths and learning resources is iterative - hence, there is never a final final version, and everything keeps growing.
I agree with you, however, that some of the sections do qualify to come under an empty tag.
My suggestion is that we make folder under contributing/ called empty.md which has two headings, one for career paths, and one for learning resources, and which basically lists which sections are exactly empty so it's easier for new comers to understand where to exactly contribute.

I remember we had this discussion and I agree that the content will keep evolving.

As you mentioned, the point here is to distinguish Empty with non-empty ones. Just a label (content contribution needed) with the link in Table of content would do the job.
