Using whitelist contract, all the addresses that are whitelisted will able to Mint 100 $Soil token one time. Seed Minting can be paused and unpaused. Address of whitelist smart contract and onwer will be passed at the time of deployment in constructor. Only owner can paused/unpaused the minting.
