Feature Description

Allow user provided values for setting the resource requests and limits for the prometheus exporter container

Use Case

To ensure that this pod does not become a noisy neighbor on a node, and that the kubernetes scheduler can then allocate the correct amount of resouces on a node to cater for this additional pod

Proposed Solution

Extend the evenbroker CRD monitoring spec to allow a user provided value
