+Votes were collected via Google Forms, which requires The Board of Directors to sign-in using their Speedcubing Canada Google Workspace account for identification purposes.

+- The Board of Directors (unanimously) votes in favour of the following resolution: Resolution 1: As per [pull request #24](https://github.com/Speedcubing-Canada/docs-speedcubing-canada/pull/24) (SHA 6f1222a9108c18460deb4513d1c99d2afdaf2d85), I approve:
+- Version 1.1 of the Speedcubing Canada Major Championship Reimbursement Transfer Policy
+- Version 1.3 of the Speedcubing Canada Reimbursement Policy, and
+- Version 1.2 of the Speedcubing Canada Supported Events Policy
