Is there a download link? Right now I am not sure how to install this mod.

@rubyFeedback Hi, the mod is under big rewrite even when I'm writting this, right now it's best to wait for the official release at SHSForums.

Download everything and copy any setup-xxx.exe file from another mod and rename it to setup-bggo.exe. Then you should be able to install it without any problems. But new content will be added over the next few weeks.
The final release will take a while, as I still have a few things to do.
