Remove console.log from packages

There are multiple packages including console.log statements, see: https://github.com/search?q=repo%3ASphereon-Opensource%2FSSI-SDK+%22console.log%22+language%3ATypeScript&type=code&l=TypeScript

It would be great if they are either

• renamed to console.debug
• replaced by a library that allows specific debugging like https://www.npmjs.com/package/debug
• completely removed.

Actually we are currently working on an event service which will replace all these calls. By default it will use the debug package, but we also provide persitence options. Given it is using events these are completely decoupled. The initial version will probably land this week, then we will start replacing calls.
