optimize the height in case there is no gap attribute

I mentioned that height is set to height: calc(100%); could we make it height:100% in case there is no gap, or gap=0

First of all, Splide does not support % for height.

I'm not really sure, but I once read about the underlining clac function.
It uses matrix multiplication, and there is a chance browser got more optimization in case it is simple 100%.

Also if we ignore generality of implementation limitation, it seems more reasonable in my opinion

If you are not sure, I have no reason to change it. It does not make sense to optimize the code without any goal.
