Here is the download link for the program:
https://github.com/SpriteOvO/AirPodsDesktop/releases

But be warned. Airpods Pro Gen 2 and Airpods Max are not working with this tool.
This program hasn't been updated in a long time, so it does only work with the oldest apple Airpods.

But give it a try and check for yourself if it works or not ...
