In the past, DHP allowed you to change all mentions of a function and its file name/location by pressing F2 when the <namespace>:<function/path> is focused. It seems that this tool is no longer exists in Spyglass, and it would be cool to reimplement such a useful feature.

I forgot to mention that the same was also implemented for scoreboard names. And maybe for other stuff that I don't remember.
