Unable to download Squirrel from Nuget

I have a problem when trying to install squirrel from nuget. I recieve this error:

Error downloading 'squirrel.windows.2.0.1 : DeltaCompressionDotNet [1.1.0, 2.0.0), Mono.Cecil [0.11.2, ), SharpCompress [0.17.1, 0.17.1]' from 'https://api.nuget.org/v3-flatcontainer/squirrel.windows/2.0.1/squirrel.windows.2.0.1.nupkg'.
Could not find file 'C:\Users\myUser.nuget\packages\squirrel.windows\2.0.1\n5x5j00a.lpl'.
It says it cant find a specific file. Which makes no sense because I do not have the package installed. I really appreciate it if I could get some help on how to resolve this.
