In the latest version you always get the message No permission for this tool and/or region when you want to edit an armor stand. This happens even though the OP + * permissions are granted, lp verbose doesn't find any denied permissions, the worldguard integration is disabled in config, the ast and the build flag are set to true.

With version 4.2.0 everything works fine.

git-Paper-327 (MC: 1.17.1)
WorldGuard version 7.0.7-SNAPSHOT+2156-9b66513
ArmorStandTools version 4.3.0

Similarly: normal players without any permission to use AST, get this message as well.
That is very annoying for them if they only want to place normal armor stands.
The message can't be prevented by emptying the generalNoPerm message ('')
So the only option is to filter it using a packet intercepting or reverse to AST 4.2.0.

When does this message occur exactly? Please also ensure the affected tools are enabled in your config.

When does this message occur exactly?

If a normal player places a normally crafted armor stand

I don't use ArmorStandTools anymore, it just didn't work that well for me for various reasons. Thanks for offering the free resource and thanks for your time!
If you can't reproduce the rather obvious bug on your own, feel free to close the ticket.
