do we try to include the various genome assembly tools in the container? I'm thinking maybe not. The docker image might get huge and have dependency conflicts between the various assembly tools....

I've created a PR for autocycler. This is for two images: one with the assemblers and one without.

There is a huge size difference between the two.

I think a lot of people who want to use autocycler (or trycycler for that matter) want everything to be in the same place, but that does create a very very very large image.
