Images are missing when wrapped within a Markdown link #94

Images are missing on these pages:

The images on these pages are wrapped within a link, so I suspect whatever was converting the Markdown wasn't quite smart enough to pick up those images. For example:

[![peak-internet-logo](http://blog.stackoverflow.com/wp-content/uploads/peak-internet-logo.png)](http://www.peakinternet.com/business/hosting/info.php)

I’ve had a cursory glance, and corresponding images don’t seem to be present in the images/ source directory.

A quick search for other posts broken like this is probably grepping for [![ in the _posts directory.
