baredolf is working on a PR to point at the Wiki for the offical rules.

@lectronyx should update the rules in the Wiki on this page to be the official server rules:
https://wiki.starfly13.space/index.php/Rules

Similarly, the posts in the #da-rulez channel should be modified to give the brief summary,
and add a link to the Wiki page for the Complete Rules
