Synced images across profiles

I mange my steam deck and have three users, who share it, I love using this to setup non-steam games I have from GOG and others but it's a bit of a hassle to login to one account, set the grid icons across all the accounts for one game or more; a nice feature would be either:

• Sync all the grid folders per-profile in the steamdata folder
• or just hard link the folder (assuming there's not metadata being written in the background for the icons / etc

Just a toggle in the settings would be fine or something.

Thanks, I appreciate all the time everyone has put into this and it's been a great help for one of the users who plays, they primarily find games by the icon since they're low vison at times.
