We should consider http://locomotivecms.com/

It supports liquid templates and is very easily customized. I'm running a few small sites (on heroku) on it now and it has been working well. It was also super easy to set it up with bootstrap-responsive.

Unless we can conceive a compelling reason to consider a new framework, I don't see a point. Jekyl can be a little difficult to work with, but I think it suits our goals for now.

For what reason would we switch away?
