There is not too much I can add to the error message you see there.

you could access that url in the browser without issues and without workarounds (VPN / Proxy)?
did you try again? Might have been a fluke either on the server side or on your local internet connection

There are no fresh issues on yt-dlp for this site yet: https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp/issues?q=Pornhub so I am assuming there is no general issue
