Does not work with CBC GEM Olympic videos

Youtube-dl-gui does not work with CBC Gem links for Olympic videos

Says - Error!Possible broken extractor (404)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://www.cbc.ca/player/play/video/9.6450136
2. Shows error - Says - Error!Possible broken extractor (404)

• OS: Windows 10
• Application version - Latest exe I downloaded a few mins ago today.
• Application type Installer

Trainman261 apparently has a fork which gets it to work.

Not sure which branch it is in that repo, but I am assuming this is also fixed in yt-dlp with that PR: yt-dlp/yt-dlp#10565
