How convenient would it be if I could download a MP3 from a Youtube to MP3 converter and have the MP3 file have a photo of the video I downloaded it from? This would help for knowing what I am listening to.

Download the MP3 along with the picture of the front cover of the video, then put the cover of the video on the MP3 File :o

I think you are looking for the option „Embed thumbnail“ - can you check if this is turned out? Possibly it only works for video though
