Change to jdeploy to allow easier installation on macOS

Currently on macOS you always have to right click the application and select "Open" before it will let you run it, since the application is not signed and I do not want to spend 130€ / year on a hobby project.

According to their docs, jdeploy allow me to skip the signing, so I will give this a shot:
