Voor het donkeydossier: deze stond te huur buiten een hub. Wel in de app, maar niet in ons dashboard

We did get an other report of a similar case.

In the Donkey app the bike outside of a hub was visible
In the CROW Dashboard the bike wasn't visible

DO: Report to Donkey.
