Add remaining edits from main to acceptance (#92)

* Fix stallingdetails not showing, add text message when there are no subscriptions available

* remove border from no subscription text

* Add "Opwaarderen stallingstegoed" link to Login screen

* Remove message 'Openingstijden edit not working'
