Launch an instance of the webMUSHRA service at mushra.audio1st.net

Our marketing and customer success sides of the business are interested in conducting surveys about Boardrooms in terms of its audio quality. To achieve this, we'll need to be able to do ITU-R BS.1534-compliant test environments.

This is a simple web server that provides that functionality. This service will not need to exist within our new VPCs, since it will not be used in conjunction with any other Storyboard services or client applications.
