Ability to specify version of pip to install in virtualenv #5

It would be nice to have a way to specify a specific version of pip install in a particular virtualenv location.

Looking at the readme I am unsure if that you can specify it in the python_install variable.

e.g.

python_install: [django,pip==8.1.2]
