Project's got no License

It should be clearly written everywhere that the code is all GPLv3 except for the server which is AGPLv3. I can come up with a pull request that has those changes. I just wanted to file an issue first.

Sorry, Nushio, I haven't been on github actively, and am just now seeing this.
If you want to make a pull request, that would be great.
But we should also note that when we were actually running it, and actively developing the game, we got a DMCA take down request from Nintendo :-(

Oh, I could do a pull request for sure. Glad to see you're still hanging around github.
The reason for this request is that there are some PokeNet-based (As in forks) servers running around and the devs won't share the code back, despite the fact that the source is AGPL

Any updates on this? I think it would be interesting to compile a list of who's forked this and made their own games yet-to-be-DMCA'd
